General
Introduction
This contains the general rules and flow of a commission that all commission types may cover.
It is meant to preface you on how I personally work in general with these projects to see if I can still
accommodate for your needs.
Flow
- You will send a commission request through Ko-fi, which I will link at the very
bottom of this page.

I will start working on the commission once we establish communication platforms and you have given
me material to work on.
I prefer Twitter or Discord, with a strong preference for Discord so that it's easier to share
progress.

If you would like to preview a part of your commission publicly, ask for permission first.
You are required to pay full price before you show any work publicly.
- I will keep project files for a maximum of a week after it is done.
Duration
- As I am in college, I may take a long time to finish my work, so please be patient
with me.

If you have a deadline, please be upfront with me and tell me right at the start.
I have the right to decline the commission if I am given a deadline that is too soon for my
preferences.
Revisions
- You may ask me anytime about the progress of the commission.
- I will also be sending my progress when I reach certain "checkpoints" within the
commission.
- It is up to you to tell me if there are any revisions to make.
Payments
- Payments are done through Ko-fi commissions, as stated from the Flow section.

Payments are due when I finish all of the work for the commission, but you may pay me at any time
you prefer.
This is the absolute limit to which I will take payment.
- I will only send the finished work once I receive the payment.
Usage
- You must credit me (UtaUtaUtau) for any products you receive through commissions.
- You may use them for commercial or non-commercial work.
Restrictions
- I will not work on anything that promotes the following:
- Sexual content
- Political content
- Religious content
- Criminal/Illegal content
- Underage sexual content
- Bigotry/Hateful speech
- Underage sexual content includes lolicon/shotacon content.
- If I see my work get used by you this way, I have the right to file a copyright
strike with no warnings whatsoever.
Synthesizer V Tuning
Introduction
This section is for Synthesizer V Tuning commissions.
I will be tuning for you using a Synthesizer V voice of your choice.
You will be getting the rendered .wav files in the format that you prefer.
If you want examples of my tuning on Synthesizer V, you may visit my YouTube channel.
Requirements
- I will need a base .svp file with lyric input done and an instrumental if it's an
original so I can match my tuning to the song.
- If you cannot provide a base .svp file, you may provide vocal MIDI data, lyrics,
and a reference vocal instead.
- I state more requirements in the General section of this page.
Pricing

I am doing $25 per minute of the song. If the song has break times that reach long
durations, this can be negotiated.
This pricing is for the main track.

+$15 per minute of differently-tuned tracks for harmonies or duets.
Shifted harmony tracks from mains only cost $10 regardless of length.
- +$10 for each additional vocal I will be using.
- +$10 for the tuned .svp that I made.

Example 1: You have a 3-minute song ($75) with two harmony tracks shifted from mains ($20)
and
another track for a duet ($45 for a differently tuned track + $10 for additional vocal).
This will be $75 + $20 + $45 + $10 = $150.

Example 2: You have a 6-minute song ($150) with a one-minute break (-$25).
This has a differently-tuned harmony track ($75 compensating for the break).
This will be $150 - $25 + $75 = $200.
Restrictions
- I will only be tuning English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
- I will not be accepting songs that do not have lyrics yet. I am not creative
enough to write lyrics for anything.

If you want a vocal that I personally don't have but you have,
you can offer to share an activation code of the vocal for the duration of the commission.
I will deactivate the vocal once the commission is done.

Vocal Synth Mixing
Introduction
This section is for Vocal Synth Mixing commisions.
I will be doing mixing and mastering for your cover that uses any form of singing vocal synthesis.
You will be getting the final mix as a .wav file in the format that you prefer.

Requirements
- I will need the vocal stems and the instrumental for the song.
The instrumental can be a link.

Pricing

I am doing $40 for the base price.
- +$10 for each additional vocal in the mix.

+$5 per harmony tracks exceeding 5 harmonies.
Harmonies from additional vocals will add up to this total.
- +$20 for glitch effects if they are present in the song.

Example 1: You have a cover with one vocal and three harmonies. This will only fall under
the base price $40.

Example 2: You have a cover with two vocals (+$10) and three harmonies for each voice
(+$5).
This will be $40 + $10 + $5 = $55.
Restrictions

I have no special restrictions for this commission.
The only restrictions that apply are the ones listed in the General section.
